FSA Farm Information: Info is being gathered from the Alfalfa County Farm Service Agency, the farm shows a DCP Cropland of 151.28 Acres, a Wheat Base of 137.0 Acres, with a Direct Yield of 35 Bushels.
Please note: These numbers were based on a farm showing a total of 160 acres, since then 10 acres has been excluded from the property. The auction will be conducted on 150 acres of surface only.
Soil Information: The farmland is comprised 68.6% of Pond Creek silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, followed by 30.1% Grant silt loam, 3 to 5 percent slopes, and the balance in Port silt loam, and Dale silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes.
Farm Location: From the junction of Grand and 5th Street in Cherokee Oklahoma, travel approx. 6 miles west on Greer Road to CR 550 Road, then travel approximately 1 ½ miles south. The farm will be located on the East side of the road.
