Land Location: From Capron, travel to the first mile west on Hwy 11 to county road 480, then travel north approx. 3 miles to the corner of the tract. The land will be located on your left.
Land Overview: This large tract of land consists of an approx. total of 320 acres, with 210.57 being in grassland and timber. The balance is cropland with a mix of soils. There is approx. 50.15 acres of cropland on the north side, 29.26 acres of cropland on the southwest corner, and 28.48 acres of cropland on the far western side. Land Overview: This farm is located on the western edge of Alfalfa County and has a slight sloping terrain back to the east. Comprised of approx. 146.26 acres of Cropland, this farm has an area consisting of approx. 12.84 acres on the north side with grassland and timber. Other than the 12.84 acres, the vast majority of this farm is good tillable ground, with great principle soil types.
