Deposit must be in the form of cashiers check, or pre-approved personal or business check. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine final contract price.<br>

Personal property must be paid for on auction day and will have a 10% Buyers Premium added to all winning bidders for personal property. Payment accepted in Cash, Personal check, Business check, Visa or MasterCard. <br>
